To browse secure and safe ,you need to know some tips to avoid hackers and virus from your computers and accounts. I am going to share with you tips on how to browse online stuffs safely when connected to internet.

1.Don’t use similar passwords for your accounts:Some people have formed the habit of using the same password for their social media, email, etc. The purpose for selecting a particular password is to make easier for them to remember it for all their accounts. But this habit can create a big problem for you if any one of the sites is compromised then hackers can easily identify password of another account, if they are all similar. Use different passwords or you can do a bit variation in all the passwords which will make you easy to remember.

2.Update your Anti-virus Software:This is most important thing to remember. It is not enough to download good Anti-virus software to your system, more important is to keep it updating and keep in “ON”. Always follows alerts sent by your Anti-virus software companies. Many Anti-viruses has option to update the new version automatically, you should always enable the option to make your system more secure.

3.Shop online on a reliable and secured websites:Shopping online can be dangerous and risky when it comes to security. Many online shopping websites ask you to enter your address, account details and other personal details which can be easily hacked by others. Try to do online shopping on reliable websites and never ever give your personal details.

4.Download from websites that are secured:There are hundreds of websites available online which provides you free stuffs but when you choose to download these free stuffs from unreliable websites there are changes that these software can even detect all your personal information because they are loaded withspywares. I didn’t mean that we should not download free software, before you download, you must check reviews and also check the security certificate.

5.Don’t click on unknown links:Try to avoid spam emails or unknown emails which directs us with some internal links to their website. Avoid clicking on these kinds of links which might spread virus on your computer and might hack all your accounts and passwords. These days shortened URL are used to spread links for websites/blogs but only click on links which you got from reliable resources.
